Refund Policy

At Elite Eklipse, each product is custom-made through Printful at the time of your order. Because items are created on demand, returns and refunds are only available under specific circumstances.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size ordered, or change of mind.

  • Items can only be replaced if they are defective, damaged, or misprinted.
     

Defective or Wrong Item

  • If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  • To process your claim, provide your order number and photos of the issue.

  • Once verified, Printful will cover the cost of replacement or refund.
     

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made products (all items sold by Elite Eklipse).

  • Gift cards or digital items (if applicable).
     

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
     

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or an error occurred during fulfillment.
